I visited The Pick n Pay Hyper Market on the 29/11/2012 as i wanted to purchase a 7 piece Aloe cookware set with a free Stainless steel roaster to the value of R299 as advertised. The advert clearly stated that prices were valid 26 Nov- 2 Dec 2012. However, they were out of stock and I was promised that someone would contact me as they would source the set from another store. Since then I have not received any form of communication from a single staff member at that store.

I then decided to take matters into my own hands and check if they have received stock as yet. They had the set in stock. However, I was refused the set at the initial price even though I had the rain check, I was also told that even if I purchased it, I could not receive the stainless steel roaster free.

Im utterly disgusted at the service recieved at this store as Ive been shopping at Ottery Pick n Pay Hyper for years and Ive never come accross this measure of unprofesional behavior. Surely what is advertised and promised to a customer both in an advert and verbally should be reason enough to deliver!!!

This Is What I Call POOR SERVICE!!!
