HARASSMENT!!

I'm beyond annoyed and infuriated with Truworths Accounts Call Centre!! For the 1st time in years I made an error with my monthly installment paid by eft - I swopped my husband's and my account installments around, paying R200 too little on my own account. THIS resulted in endless calls from rude, annoying, incompetent call centres agents phoning all hours, even weekends! and they NEVER record what you say on system even thought they say they will - IT'S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I've repeated the same information daily for the last 2 weeks! Such poor client services - All Truworths has achieved is to loose me as a client!!

I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT - I'M NOT TOLERATING ANY FURTHER HARASSMENT AND I WON'T BE SHOPPING AT TRUWORTHS AGAIN!!!
