Truworths used to send me clothing accounts cards that are already printed with my personal information. On the 13 December 2013 they open an account for another person using my personal infromation. I don't never where did Truworths got my personal information at the first place. I was never in southdale ever in my life. And now Truworths is refusing to check who was the person in their store who open that account for that particular person. I never had any clothing account i always buys clothes cash. I want Truworth to clear my name because they are the one who exposed my information without my consent. And I want Truworths to delete any of my personal information from their system because I never gave them my personal details. And I want them to stop the that is going on in their stores. How can they issue account without checking the person. And I don't want any person from Truworths to call me or writting to me selling any of their product. I want my name to be cleared and the person who issued out the account must pay the account.
