Breast feeding in public

At 18:05 today as I was walking past game in the somerset mall I noticed a woman sitting on a bench just outside of sue south, with her breast hanging out breast feeding her toddler. And not two shops away is the rest rooms with a baby room. The big problem is that the security are standing at the entrence chatting and not doing a basic part of their job.
