ENDLESS CALLS FOR A PAID UP ACCOUNT

I had an account with a balance of R107.00 at TRUWORTHS. I settled the account paying R110.00 on the 24th August 2013. This was not the first EFT i made to Truworths, however the first to be made on Saturday. I have been receiving endless telephone calls since last week regarding this account. i WAS 1 MONTH IN ARREARS, SO I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CALLS I recieved prior the 24th. What i fail to understand is having agents calling me one after the other for an account that is paid up! The agent i spoke to on the 27th August advised me it takes 3 working days for an EFT to reflect on the system. I STILL GOT A CALL 1PM TODAY! Please Stop harrassing me with calls I HAVE SETTLED YOUR ACCOUNT. I wonder if these agents do not put notes on their system as i have to explain the whole story to each one of them. I MAY BE FIRED FOR TALKING ON A CELL PHONE DURING WORKING HOURS. I am sure there are people with higher balances and arrears whom you need to pursue an. Please put a stop to this.
