August 2012 I bought a lounge suit at Beares and the day they delivered they left without unwapping it and logged a complain with Virginia. Later that day my hubby noticed that a 3 seater couch was damaged. The following day I logged a complain with Virginia and she promised to sms a ref no and didn't. In December 2012 I decided to visit the shop and check the status of my query and yet again Virginia promised to call and update me with the query. In January 2013 I received an sms and a call to confirm my query. In March 2013 I decided to stop my payment and within a week I received a call from Beares wanting to replace 1 coach. I went in and Mr Green was unprofessional n refused to exchange the whole suit. Again Virginia advised not to give the supplier the coach as it going to take forever. I want bearers to replace the suit or give back my money as I am not going to pay for sometHing m not happy with. I hope u will assist with the matter as its now affecting my credit record. I thank you
