Call Centre Harassment

I find it highly annoying that Truworths use call centre agents to hound you after working hours and late into the evening to query payment on an account. It's an invasion of privacy to have incessant calls at 20:30 on a Friday night and over a weekend. SMS notifications and reminders are acceptable. Please respect your consumers rights to privacy.
