Further to my complaint on the 25 Nov 2013 I had numerous emails and telephone discussions with Vanessa Varty (merchandising) who keeps on telling me that they are awaiting on stock. This is now 3 months since we are trying to have this sorted. The couch were collected by Mr Price home eventually end Nov. We have requested Vanessa Varty to have this couch refunded on which she agreed. We have requested a confirmation email to enable us to collect the refund. Needless to say we are being ignored again. Tried to phone her superior Vanessa (Moodley - under correction) but was cut off 3 times. I have contacted the consumers act ombudsman now for further assistance as Mr Price Home does not believe in customer service at all. Even their switchboard operators are rude and not helpful at all. After being cut off 3 times I wanted Vanessa Varty' superiors email address which was refused. I will never support Mr Price home ever again and believe me I did
