Bad delivery service from online purchase

I bought a product from mr.price online, a few days later I received an email, that my item was delivered.
But I didn't receive anything as yet. Then I got a call, from someone saying that my package is at their place.

and I had to drive all the way, to go and get my package. So what is the point of door-to-door delivery service?

I need feedback on this terrible service!!

Due to this I wont purchase anything from Mr Price online again.
