False advertising

I made an online purchase for an item of clothing last week which said they are running with a free delivery service from 11 Nov to 11 Dec 2013. Being content with my online purchase and free delivery thereof, i went back to purchase another item online yesterday 2 December 2013 and now the shipping cost is being added. I emailed the [Email Removed] address to ask why is this the case and i have no response.

That is false advertising in my opinion and would like to know what is the reason?
