So much tv advertising but extremely poor service

Saturday 23 November 2013, I was mugged of my BB Bold 9900. I opened up a case of. On Sunday 24 November 2013, I went to the closest branch, Edgars Waterfront to buy a cheap phone. According to the manual, this particular phone is supposed to come with a USB data-cable - there was no datacable in the box that was provided to me. The woman that assisted me told me that she had RICA'ed my new sim-card - it was not.

My 2nd complaint is that I spoke to the Edgars OTA department today on 0861788211 and spoke to a guy - yes - he didn't tell me his name (guess that makes sense as he could then give useless service). I gave him details of my new mobile number to amend my existing OTA profile. I called him at 09:08am today. He promised me that ADMINISTRATION will contact me to explain the necessary steps about configuring OTA on my new simcard. It has been 5 hours and I've heard and received nothing regarding this.

Not impressed with the state of service I receive from someone who keeps advertising on tv and elsewhere...

Lastly, I am still NOT receiving my physical statements... WHY?
