I logged a hello peter complaint on 04.01.2014 about my cellphone number that had been converted from MTN prepaid to contract with Edgars without my permission. A lady then called me from Edgars customer experience (ref: 0601140016/GO), and advised me that they would investigate and get back to me shortly. Since then, nobody has contacted me. Not even once. I am highly irritated as i am still unable to utilise the internet services on my phone.
Seeing that Edgars would not get back to me, on 13.01.2014 i called 0861788211 and spoke to Tshepo. he advised me that the contract was free and that i could cancel it after 6 months. I told him that i wanted it cancelled immediately. He said he could not cancel it, he will log the request for cancellation and somebody would call me in 48 hours to confirm that i want to cancel. He also said that after cancellation it would take 3 weeks for my number to convert back to normal mtn prepaid. This is absolutely ridiculous, as this is not my fault.
Obviously they did not call me to this day. I want this problem sorted out today. It has been way too long and this pathetic service is unacceptable. Please can it just be solved already!!!
