The Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced (Edgars)

On 11 November 2013 at 14:54 i contacted Edgars on this number: 0860 112 442. I spoke to a Lucas Mokwana to confirm 1) that i have lost my Edgars card and 2) i wanted to check how much i owed on my account. Lucas then confirmed that my account is on a R0.00 balance meaning i have paid up my edgars account. I then asked Lucas for a reference number which he said he could not provide, instead he told me i can call back on the same number to speak to another agent who will give me the very same info. I told Lucas that i felt that is a waste of my time when i am already on the phone with him and it makes no sense duplicating that because he should be a ble to give me correct information the 1st time around. He then said to me he thinks i am bored because i have too much time on my hands or i think he doesnt know how to do his job, that kind of attitude from a company who i thought was very respectible is disgusting to say the very least. Lucas damaged my relationship with Edgars, because of Lucas i will be closing my Edgars account off forever and ever AMEN. I will never ever in my days do business on any scale with edgars because of Lucas. Well Done, (i know we live in a democracy).
