TERRIBLE SERVICE

Wanted to buy airtime using Edgars OTA but it gave me error "Your access to this service has been suspended. For further assistance, please call 0861788211" so I called that number and the individual told me to call Edgars accounts department on 0860112442. So I called edgars accounts department, and woman told me that there's nothing wrong with my account - she's confused as to why the guy from the OTA number told me to call her.

Is your service always this bad?
