In continuation from my previous report... I returned the ring to american swiss on 21 November 2013 at rougly 12:30pm and spoke to Bianca the manageress at walmer park who really did not seem interested in helping me looks like she was missing out on her lunch break. After I demanded that I wanted a refund and telling a friend a knew quite well not to buy at ASJ Bianca got very rude and with me. Looks like she lacks peoples skills. At no time was I rude with her. I then told her I will report her for her attitude to which she said go ahead and gave me David Moore's number. I then contacted David and told him my story as well as that of Bianca. I told David I'm getting married on 23 November and demand a refund so I can get a new ring. Bianca told me that David would be in PE on Friday 22nd. When I phoned David on Friday he was in Cape Town and Bianca had left work early so both were M.I.A! Next thing I hear is that the ring had been repaired. This is not what I asked for. Plus it was too late as I had to postpone my wedding as I did not have ring to put on my fiances finger thanks to ASJ! Now when I contact David he either doesn't answer or has an excuse! I want my refund!!!
