I decided to propose to my now Finace and went to american swiss walmer park to choose a perfect ring. After a few weeks my Fiance noticed a crack in the ring which had split right through. We took the ring back immediately and requested a new ring. This after a bit of attitude from the manageress. To our luck, the same thing has happend to the new ring not once, but now three times after it had been repaired. All we were told was it was a manufacturing fault. My question is... is the manufacture qualified that this keeps happening? I noticed a book laying on their counter with repairs and was quite shocked to see that this has happend to many customers. I'm now really getting tired of this happening. The service is up to s... And the quality is poor. I'm taking the ring back tomorrow 21 November 2013 for a full refund. I don't understand how it keeps cracking after a repair. My Fiance doesn't do any rough work with the ring at all. She really looks after it. I'm extremely disappointed and I demand answers with immediate effect! They even charged me to resize the new ring and to build it up by half a shank even though it was still under guarantee. They do not want to admit a mistake
