Promises not kept

I went to GAME store last Saterday to purchase a washing machine, the sales consultant advised that it will be delivered yesterday which was 02/12/13 Monday, I received a call from their delivery personel, this woman told me the delivery will be made on Sunday, i was excited due to they had exceeded expectations, only to be dissapointed, the delivery was not done then, not yesterday and up untill now no one has called to say when the delivery will be made. I Kpaid cash for this item and want it immediately very upset and disappointed clinet. This is the message they sent to my phone on Saterday at 16:34. Dear Customer you will receive an SMS from the courier confirming delivery of your order. Thank you for shopping at GAME. I want to be compensated for the time waisted waiting for the delivery, as well as promisses not kept
