Promised Delivery, not meet

Good Day

I called Furniture City on Friday requesting that if i make a purchase (cash) on Saturday they will deliver for me on the same day, i was told that, if i purchase on the same day which is Friday they will deliver for me on Saturday and if i make a purchase on Saturday items will be delivered on Monday. i told them that i'm working during that time as the result i cannot have the items delivered during working hrs. i was told that deliveries a made even after hours.

To Day i spoke to my employer requesting a had day, to attend to the delivery of the items i bought. but now i'm told that it cannot be made on monday 26/08/2013, it will be on the 27/08/2013. this is as per the branch in kempton park. i called head office and i spoke to Thando who told me that delivery will be made on the 28/08/2013, i was referred to Bianca who then told me she will call me back.

My problem is that i have made arrangement with my employer to attend this today (26/08/2013), and now you are telling me about two different dates that i will not be available on.

If my purchase is not attended to day i would like to get my money back by tomorrow PLEASE
