On 28 February, I went to the Game in Cresta to buy two kitchen stools. I saw the product on show in the furniture section but needed assistance to get two boxes from storage. As there was no sales assistant in that section, I walked around and found someone from another section. I was then told that they don't work in that department and that I needed to ask at the customer service counter for someone to assist. A call went over the loud speaker to get someone to assist me, to no avail. I was then told to go to information if I wanted to speak to the manager. No one was at information. I waited a further 5 minutes, and after nearly 20 minutes looking for someone to assist, I left the store frustrated and with nothing to show after being there for 30 minutes. I cannot believe how customers are treated at Game. The consultants are unhelpful and not really interested in serving customers, but are consistent in one thing, and that is transferring responsibility on to the customer to get assistance. I have experienced this more than once in other Game stores and it seems to be a trend.
