I was quite interested in applying for a tablet which was advertised in the Game Pamphlet. As an existing Vodacom client, I first contacted Vodacom to find out what documents I would need for the application. Just to ensure that the Game in Sandton did in fact have stock of what I wanted I gave them a call in the morning. This was a 15 minute call whereby the person I spoke to wasn't even sure what was needed from me in order to come through and apply. I went into the store and browsed the catalogue to check if there weren't any other specials, taking into consideration that I had to ask a lady to assist me when she walked passed and she did so very hesitantly and very rudely. I carried on to the section where they keep the tablets and requested to see the bigger size. While waiting to find out if they do have stock, the lady who assisted me with my application approached me and told me that she can't process the application because there is a problem with my ID. I advised her that I am an existing client and that I can provide her with my drivers license as well. She just out right refused to assist me or even see how she could help me. Her unwillingness to even try is appalling!
