WHEN YOU GET TOLD TO CALL THE MANAGER YOURSELF

Went into the game store this saturday to purchase a harddrive that they had advertised. Got into the store and spoke to Patrick, who after a few mimutes mentioned that they did not receive stock. He also mentioned that should they receive stock and the special was over, i would not qualify for it. I then questioned as to why they would advertise something they did not have. After a discussion and trying to question and reason with him, i got laugheed at in the face.i then asked to speak to the store manager and he said he will not call him and if i wanted him i can call him myself. To my surprise the store manager was not there, and i had to speak to the second in charge telephonically as he was busy receiving stock which no one else can do according to him.eventually i was so annoyed as no one wanted to assist, so i walked out the store. How can you not have a manager on a weekend at one of these big stores? I am horrified with the attitude i received from the sales person, and would not ever go to the game in boulders AGAIN!
