Dissapointing customer service

On Sunday 28th July, I went all the way to Game-Pavillion to purchase a convection oven that was advertised on special. I could not find stock on the shelves, & after waiting in the appliances section for close on ten minutes, I went looking for someone to assist to check if there was stock in the back. Apparently it should have been a person by the name of Thulani, I went through to the front & they made an announcement over the speaker for him to come to the front. After waiting a further 5 minutes, I went back to the appliances section - still no one had attended to me nor given me any feedback if there was any stock in the back. Waiting between 20-25 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE, & this being at the end of the month!!! I then proceeded to go to Hyper House & Home as i was not prepared to wait any longer. At Hyper, I was given the appropriate customer service level, & therefore took my business there. The service levels in this store have gone done lately, & I certainly will not be returning in the near future!!
