I bought a bed about 5months ago, within 4 month the frame that hold the bed colapsed and the planks are coming out, I reported the matter to them it took them a month to finally send someone to my house to check it out. I asked for the replacement of my bed but they refused saying they will repair it, the bed itself is a joke a fong kong at its best. I tried to tell the guy that came to check the bed to be realistic about the repair because I'll experience the same problem but he insisted that it must be repaired. I'm one of the client's who pays on time.it took more than 10 calls from me to get my quiery to be attended after I've explined time and again that I've been sleeping on the floor since my bed broke and now they are refusing to replace my bed. I must say Home Choice is the worst store ever and I'm taking this up as I know my consumer rights and I'm fully aware that I have a right to return that broken bed and get it replaced.it seems they have forgotten all about the CPA.They clearly don't care about their clients.
