WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR OVER 20 DAYS, HOW PATHETIC

We reported to HOUSE AND HOME that our Samsung Fridge is not cooling on Sunday 20th October and till today we are still sitting with a refrigerator that's not working, HOW PATHETIC. Our fridge is still under extended guarantee and the external company contracted to HOUSE AND HOME AND SAMSUNG which is INDEPENDENT SUPPLIES also seem not to know what they are doing.

My husband went to the store on Sunday 27th October after a week of sitting with a broken and reported Samsung Fridge. No calls were made by the store to us prior to him going in the store after a week??? Then all of a sudden INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS company called in to check the fridge, I made it clear that they must please keep me updated on the progress as they needed to place an oder for the part for repair.

We have been to the store twice already since it got broken and the INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS have came to our house to fix the fridge Twice and they are not getting it right. they keep on coming with the wrong part which is also such an inconvenience as we need to take time off from work.

Will someone please tell me what the is going on here. we cant go on like this and this have taken too long.
