Bad Service long queues

Bad service from Pharmacist in Zevenwacht and after complaining to Head Office still phones me afterwards and says to me several times i am rude and after a have discussion and I had to prompt him to apologize. Don't think he understands even if i was rude to barge in i had a reason form unhappiness after people that were behind me gets attended to before me after waiting more that 27 minutes!

Not happy as i have been with them for 4 years but it is not improving and voicing my unhappiness!
