Inferior merchandise

After wearing the article once and washing by hand (in cold water) and turning inside out to dry, the flaw was noticed. Even though it was bought some time ago I have only used now. One can clearly seen it is still new. I was informed, after being kept waiting 30 minutes that there was nothing wrong with the article!! The attitude at this branch leaves much to be desired. Woolworths are fantastic when something like this happens BUT not Edgars!!! they obviously have no pride in their merchandise. Head Office also did not want to call me back when I telephoned them, very disappointing service from EDGARS.
