Appalling clothing quality

I recently purchased a Guess item of clothing (dark maroon collared shirt) from the Sandton store towards the beginning of September. However, i only recently wore the shirt for the first time as it was a special occasion. Upon putting it into my washing machine with the remainder of my dark clothes and running a normal 30 degree cold wash. I opened up the machine to find the colour had run and ruined multiple items of clothing including an expensive formal work shirt. I am absolutely livid and appalled by the fact that nowhere on the shirt does it claim the colour may run, nor would i expect it to when i paid between R400 and R500 for the item!!! Not only did the shirt ruin my other clothing but it ran so badly that the branding and label on the inside is visible through the back of it.

I am seriously questioning the quality control measures in place here and on the merchandise Edgars is selling to its customers. Edgars is synonymous with quality products at a range of prices. However, i am left feeling extremely dissapointed and displeased given the aforementioned experience. Quality comes at a price, but seemingly that price is getting higher and higher.
