BAD QUALITY

I've been wearing EDGARS clothing and items for over 40 years now. I kept my clothes for years; they NEVER looked old or NEVER perished with age. The QUALITY was outstanding!!!
Of late, I am returning items, just because of bad quality. Most items have Fish Moth holes. Shoes break, even the flat one. Handbags tear and my list can go on and on...
Why are we paying such high prices on items for quality (MADE IN CHINA)? In my opinion, Pep Store and Ackerman are starting to keep better quality stuff than Edgars.
What else is wrong? Their service! Going into an Edgars store is like going to a government office. You will be lucky to get out of there in short time. Most stores aircons don't work. The staffs are busy beautifying themselves in the cosmetics department. The Manager is never available. The fitting room are dirty. The general look of the shops is gone bad and is not like they used to be
EDGARS YOU GUYS NEED TO BEEF UP OR YOU WILL LOOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME. WHERE IS THE PRIDE OF BEING AN EDGARS STORE GONE TO?
