Poor service

My name is Rhulane Gumede, yesterday afternoon i went to pick n pay to go buy formula for my son only to find long ques at the till point, it was really irritating as some of the staff where busy rooming around like headless chickens and chatting in the isle`s whilst there were only 4 cashiers on the express tills points, i personally found the service appauling, how can they have 4 cahiers on duty especially seeing that its close to months end, so i really had no choice but to stand cause my son really needed his formula. I BET THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE IN SOWETO IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE SERVICE YOU GIVE TO WHITE PEOPLE IN THE SUBURBS...
