I had paid for a Brazilian special on 25/09/2013 as a gift to my mother. Her appointment was on 21/11/2013. She supplied the proof of payment upon completion and the owner IAN called her to the side and referred to the proof of payment as. He continued to say that he will call the police if she doesn't pay R500.00 which she paid immediately. She called me frantically thereafter to tell me what happened and when I called them back, the owner said Absa would never send me a POP like that, indirectly calling me a. Absa has confirmed that the case is under investigation but that the payment was received by Hair quarters. When I called Hair Quarters back, IAN was very unapologetic saying that my mother was a case from her body language and the way she looked? but that they did receive the payment?!?!?!? NO APOLOGY! NO EMPATHY! saying that he has enough business and doesn't need business from?!?!?!? You received two payments for one treatment? SO WHO IS REALLY THE?
