LACK OF SERVICE AND CO-ORDINATION

The other day Stutterfords had a sale - less 50% on most products. After shopping for about 30min to an hr I joined the accounts queue to query my account. While waiting patiently the managers and a lot of floor staff were just walking around, talking to their colleagues and not assisting till staff. Once near the front of the queue (2 hrs later) we managed to get a hold of a manger who is named Garth. His attitude was disguising - disinterested, dismissing customers, lying about his other staff interjecting in the queue and arguing with us that everything was basically hunky dory. He then gave a smug smile, rudely disappeared & didn't assist. This attitude is disgraceful from any staff! His duty is to listen to customers (even if some are wrong), assist with queries and take constructive criticism into account which is what another manager named Justice went out of his way to do. Justice helped with a pricing issue, my bags and stuck around after my product purchase of over R5 000. I could have easily just walked out because of the Garths bad attitude and lack of preparation for such a 50% discount event. This company depends heavily on its customers otherwise it will close down
