I booked an appointment for my mother to have a perm at La Dolce Vita Hair and Day spa. R880 later and 5 hours in there hair salon my mother phoned me frantically crying. That she was so upset with the hair perm and that absolutely nothing was done it was just a flop. I contacted Nicolas one of the owners of La Dolce Vita Hair and day spa and explained that my mother was in a emotional state and it would be appreciated if he could reimburse me the money so she could have her hair fixed. Nicolas went on to say if I can get another salon to tell him he had done wrong he would do so with pleasure. My mom went to a lovely hair salon in fourways mall next to the Dischem the salon was so shocked at my mothers hair she called Nicolas her self to state that he had messed up her hair. The next day we paid R1500 for my mom to have her hair fixed from the mess Nicolas had made. When I contacted Nicolas again he point blank refused to refund the money and said he does not care as he has right of admission on his front door. Like I did tell you Nicolas the consumer act has nothing to do with your right of admission sign. I honestly think you have a terrible attitude. Unqualified hair tech.
