Shocking Treatment -Take Your business elsewhere

Initially had an appointment for the 8/6/2013 this appointment was cancelled THE DAY BEFORE on Friday the 7/06/2013 due to being short staffed, a new appointment was made for the 15/06/2013 I arrived for my 3pm appointment and pitched to an empty premises. First of all why would they reschedule an appointment if their offices are closed, what type of business does that? Second of all why would they not inform me they closed. I sacrificed MY TIME and MY PETROL something that cannot be reimbursed to me. Today I went to the premises & owner advised he did try and contact me however he could not find my details, -it should be in his book, he did try and offer myself and my friend conditioner i was not interested in it all I wanted was to have my hair done, I asked him when he be available he advised he will get back to me he could not communicate this to me not only was he rude he blatantly told me my business is not valued as he have over 4000 clients!!! I was referred by SIMPLY SIYAAM a blogger to this establishment however my impression of hair quarters have been tarnished. No apology was ever received I'm still shocked at his statement if I lay a complaint I should never return
