Something dodgy with latest brazilians

I went for my 4th brazilian the middle of April 2013, and within a month it was out, despite me not washing my hair for the first 5 days after as instructed, using the shampoo and conditioner religiously, and following all the rules relating to a brazilian (because I obviously want it to last as long as possible).

Same thing with my sister, who had her 5th one done in March, and within 5 weeks hers was out!

The latest way they're doing it, is to leave it on your hair for 10mins before flat ironing it... hmmm, why change something that was working well, unless it's being diluted??? Can't be a coincidence that both my sister and I have had our brazilians come out within a month.

My sister called to ask about it and spoke with the mother, and Ian was meant to call her back the next day... he still hasn't, and it's been a month.

Not sure what you guys are doing, but I won't be wasting money there anymore, special or no special... Disappointing, because the customer service is generally good, just not what's happening with the product.

Please cancel my appointment on 3 Aug at 09h00, and delete both my numbers from your sms database.
