Bought a PlayStation 2 machine from them in may. brand new now 7 months down the line the unit not working. so took machine to the approved agent to get it swapped out. have now been trying for 4 days to get a copy of the purchase out of Toys R Us so unit can be replaced. and guess what still waiting for the slip. And on top of that i cant get my replacement PlayStation until they get the slip
