EXPIRED BABY FOODS

On the 27th September i went to century City for nappies & food for the baby... i bought a box of premium pampers & a whole lot of HIpp organic baby food..., since the baby was hungry & it was late already i fed the baby the rice pudding with apple & pear in the car on my way home... in the morning she had a runny tummy, didn't understand why but the following day, when i was just about to feed the baby another jar, before opening i saw the expiry date on the side of the CAP and had a shock of my life time... the date read: 31.08.2013*a month back*...no wonder my child had a runny tummy, i phoned the store to be told that they'll give me a voucher/re-imburse me only if i have the purcase slip... no one asked about how the child is/whatever... i'm so dissapointed in both HIPP and Toys R us... since it's in century City i thought everything will be under control... will be waiting for their actions when i'm there, they said i must bring the bottles with a purchase slip with me...
