UNFRIENDLINESS AND UNHELPFUL

I can not for the life of me accept how down Toys r us have gone. I have been there so many times, to buy loads of things for my baby girl (since before she was born already) and she is already 10 months. I have bought her toys and food and and and until now!

I received loads of nappies for my baby shower. too much of one and not the other. So i went to Toys R US to exchange them on 3 occasions, not taking them all back at once. First time, Jolene said they will not exchange it and I had to have a heated argument in order to have it exchanged, even after I called their smaller store in Canal Walk for reassurance regarding exchanges.

Every time I go there, Jolene especially gives me bad looks, speaks in hushed voices to the other workers, will not directly speak to me but will relay a message onto the other workers then they must speak to me, the cashiers are neither very friendly, never smile, or say thank you or nothing besides bad looks especially when i go exchange stuff. And I must say, when i go exchange nappies, I ALWAYS buy nappies over the amount i brought in and i buy extra stuff like toys or food.

I am DISGUSTED and will NEVER RETURN!!!
