Goods ordered in November but getting no feedback

I ordered Acornkids products from a sales representative Kerry Ann Mosgrove from the Bid or Buy website in November last year. I waited for the parcel and when I did not receive it in the week before Christmas I contacted Kerry Ann for the tracking number of the parcel. The products plus the postage was more than R450. She then told me that she was sure the headoffice sent the parcel but that she will get the tracking number for me. I then tried to get hold of her, but I couldn't. She then sent me an email in January saying that the parcel got lost in the post, but without being able to give me a tracking number. She then asked for my banking details so that she can refund me. I sent her my banking details on 2 January, but up to today I haven't received anything from her. I sent her emails and messages on facebook, but without any reply. I sent an email to ACORNKIDS on 30 January 2013, but I did not hear anything back from them. I just want my money back as this is now almost 4 months ago that I paid for the goods that I never received.
