Poor Customer Service / Bad Work Ethics

Im disgusted in Edgars and their poor customer service and bad work ethics. I have received 2 of the same gifts with tags on & when i wanted to go and exchange it they turned me away. After "Edgars Exchange Policy" clearly states on their website for the whole world to see

" there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt;
? it is within 30 days of purchase;
? it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.;
? the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable)
? it is unworn and unused and the price ticket is attached

I have contacted customer service & submitted a complaint with the call centre agents telling me clearly their turn around time is 48 Hours which today is 7 days already and no one has made contact with me. I did a follow up call on Monday and was told the manager of the relevant branch would contact me and still up until now i have had no response. The person i initailly spoke to was Jacky which gave me a reference number 2509130220/GO then on the 26 September at 11:45 i spoke to a Refilwe and then yesterday 30 September i spoke to a Desizawa who both couldnt assist and im still waiting
