Very suspicious

I returned an item to Jet, The Glen last week. My cash card was not returned to me. This is the second time that this has happened at The Glen. When I checked what the value of my points were the first time it was not returned to me it was zero. This time around no can find my cash card!! When they checked on the system it showed i did not have a cash card??? It seems very strange that this the second time that this has happened to me and at the same store. I need a new cash card with all the thank you points on it that are due to me as I have not redeemed my points for many months. I would be very interested to know if this has been happening to other clients with cash cards??
