I would just like to thank Fernando for his outstanding service I received from him with regards to the Issues I had with my e-book purchase.

He went to the ends of the earth to keep me as a customer and to resolve my issue. He phoned me regularly with updates regarding the progress on my issue. He was friendly and always professional.
