Wrong size of sheets sent and no feedback no refun

I ordered a 12 piece Mira queen size white linen and curtains from Homechoice and according to their system it was available and I paid close to R 3, 700.00 for that. Only to receive a double size which i sent back and informed them via email and sent proof of courier to [Email Removed] Until today there is no reply. I contacted their call center after a week since they don't reply to my emails only then I was told that the curtains i ordered are out of stock and i requested for a refund for my money but they are not willing to add interest for holding onto my money for over a month. I was also informed that they did not yet receive the goods i sent back, which i am sure they have as it only takes maximum two days to transport goods from Windhoek (Namibia) to Cape Town. Until now, I do not have my money back, no goods that i paid for and almost everyday I spend money calling their call center in South Africa.

Please HomeChoice this is not customer service, atleast inform clients if goods are out of stock and send their money back as soon as possible. I want my money back plus intrest and the cost of sending back the wrong goods i received.
