Once again, Renault not living up to their promises

We purchased a vehicle from Renault Bryanston in March 2012, and already back then had issues with Renault Bryanston, only after writing a report on Hello Peter the issues was resolved. But with delivery of the vehicle we were informed from the salesman (Tommy Pinkler) forgot the service book in his drawer and promised to deliver the service book to us the next week, but this promise was not kept, we phoned Renault Bryanston several times requesting a book but never received it. On 18 Oct 2012 I e-mail dealer principal Chris Jordan requesting for the book, but once again we never received it, 3 weeks ago I contacted Chris Jordan again and I was informed that he is not willing to send a driver to deliver the book and he will post it. 3 weeks later and still we have not received the service book. I cant believe that it's that difficult to deliver a service book and that it takes nearly a year to do so! Is customer service really no 1 priority at Renault Bryanston? Can somebody please refer me to someone at Renault that's willing to assist a customer?
