POOR SERVICE OR BAD LUCK

On the 28-10-2013 I ordered and paid for a Weber Premium Grill and some accesories only to find out the grill was out of stock.survived the wait my grill arrived yesterday 19-11-2013.

Only to find its got some defects, the bowl of the grill has got dents on it. The grills colour also very different to display picture on website. Actual colour is brown and it looks like dark red or maroon on internet.
Also 1 of the accersories that I received looked totally different on the picture. Could it be a cheaper alternate?
