I have been to you guys to purchase a bumper slide, a few globes and indicators aswell as grills for a 2004 polo. A guy by the name of russell (which took him over an hour to get me those parts) attended to me and upon me taking the parts home, i therefore found that it was all incorrect parts. So i went back to russell (this time it took him 45 minutes to change it) and he gladly attended to me and changed it for me and told they Will have the grills in a weeks time. A week later i go to pick up the grills to Russell (which took him 45 min again to get it) and he gave me the grills, i tried one the vehicle to see if it was correct and both was tho one grill was cracked, so russell got another for me.upon arrival at home, i see Russell gave me two right hand side grills, he took the damaged left side grill and gave me a right hand side one. Angrily i called call, complained, and a guy told me they will deliver it to me on monday (19/08/2013). Monday afternoon no repsonse so i called and a guy by the name of eugene was being arrogant and rude to me on the fone, and he slamed the phone down on my ear!!! Is this the level of service you'll provide and i dont have my grill up now!!!
