Spur Steak Ranches serves sushi to pregnant lady

I visited Spur, Utah in the Western Cape with friends on Friday, 27 September 2013.We ordered lunch (grilled fish & calamari combo), and I was served RAW fish.
The fish was still frozen and not close to a grill. The waitress apologised profusedly & mentioned that we would not be charged for this.
The manager took me to the grill to explain that this is how they grill fish. She did not want to touch the fish, but instead insisted that it was grilled perfectly. She then proceded to ask me how I would like my fish and I responded - cooked and not raw.
We were charged for this meal (although it took longer than the 15min lunch special) and no real apology offered. I have posted the picture of the raw fish to the Spur_cares Twitter account as well as their Facebook page, but to no avail.
Obviously Spur does not care about their customers.
I find this shocking and pathetic!
