I PURCHASED A VW POLO VIVO DEMO MODEL IN APRIL 2013. WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE I NOTICED THAT THE FRONT GRILL WAS BROKEN AND THE CORE OF THE RADIATOR HAD BEEN DAMAGED, WHEN I INSPECTED THE CAR AT HOME. I CONTACTED JARRED AND SENT HIM A PHOTO OF THE CAR WHILE IT WAS STILL ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. THE PICTURE SHOWED THAT THE GRILL WAS BROKEN. I ALSO INFORMED HIM THAT THE CAR WAS PULLING SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS FULLY INSPECTED BEFORE DELIVERY. I TOOK THE CAR BACK AND THEY DID REPLACE THE GRILL. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE RADIATOR CORE AND WHEEL ALIGNMENT.
THEN A FEW DAYS LATER I WAS CONTACTED BY 'TRACKER' WHO WANTED TO DOWNGRADE MY UNIT TO A CHEAPER OPTION. WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR ALPINE TOLD ME THAT THE TRACKER UNIT THAT WAS IN THE CAR WAS PART OF THE PACKAGE. THEREFORE I TOLD TRACKER TO TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH ALPINE. IT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM. ANDREA FROM ALPINE TOLD ME SHE WOULD EMAIL ME ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING THE TRACKER. I AM STILL WAITING...
LASTLY AS REGARDS THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE, IT TOOK TWO WEEKS OF ME EMAILING JARRED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH REGARDS TO LICENSING ETC.
