Unbelievably good service

I was looking for a duvet cover in a specific design and size. I described it via e-mail and Navashnee sent me pictures until we established the correct product. It was then arranged that three sets in my size would be sent to the Hillcrest branch so I could go and collect one. When they hadn't arrived Navashnee followed up and established there had been a delay in despatch and located another set at the Gateway store and asked if I would like to collect that one, which I did. It is not often I experience excellent customer service such as this and I am so impressed with how efficient and quick the process was. I think a staff member who puts this much effort into their job should be commended. Well done and thank you :)
