No delivery, weak communication

I ordered a DVD - Received an e-mail, delivery date: 15 November. (I needed this DVD for an event on 16 November)
On the delivery day (15 Nov) I receive another e-mail saying that they have a sourcing problem and do not actually have the DVD, (surely they new this the day I ordered the DVD)
I phoned. A manager was going to return my call. This did not happen.
By 19 November I have heard nothing from [URL Removed]
I phoned again... A manager is again going to return my call.
I have paid for this DVD but received nothing as yet.
