Useless

A few months ago I purchased a ETI Turbo hairdryer from Checker, within a few months it stopped working. They were willing to replace it but didn't have stock, so they gave me the money and I went and purchased it at Game Stores. They didn't have on the floor but the Manager went to fetch one from the back for me. Now less than a year the hairdryers is melting and its burning our hair. I called Game but they insisting for a slip, I might even be sitting with the slip but because they don't give a warrantee on normal paper which will last longer all you have is this till slip that fades after awhile. No I sit with a few slips where you cant see the ink anymore but they are insisting for a slip, can you believe that. The worst is that I now have to sit with this expensive hairdryer that does nothing but spoil our hair and burns us. Please don't ever purchase from Game and rather to any other stores like Checkers, clicks or so. Game is useless and does not take care of their loyal customers. I am very upset, why don't they invest in proper paper and give proper warrantees that would last?
